Practicing as a Remedial Massage Therapist, Paula has a keen interest in all aspects of natural therapies. Taking a comprehensive approach during treatment, Paula addresses the cause of the problem and applies the appropriate treatment according to the individual’s needs. Paula utilises a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Chinese cupping, fascial release, joint mobilization, and sports massage to help her clients return to optimum health. Working also as a Reiki Practitioner, Paula envisions the body as a whole when evaluating health problems and this holistic approach forms the basis for all her work.

With years of experience in representing both Australian and Brazilian Roller Hockey Teams since 1994, Paula has also developed a deep understanding of sports injuries and how to best treat them. As an active person herself, she knows just how important a strong recovery is.
